In developing a marketing and communication strategy, we investigate all influences on the organization, including the business approaches and interactions both internally and externally.

Research findings are employed to direct our communication strategy and in building a plan that actively manages the identified core issues.

Once a plan is in place, we proceed to execution, while continually monitoring progress and evaluating the impact of the strategy as it is being implemented.

OUR FOUNDER

Simphiwe Mdlalose

Founder and Chief Executive Officer

Simphiwe Mdlalose is a Serial Entrepreneur, Author, Inspirational Speaker and a Media Strategist who has been in the media, marketing, telecommunications and communications space for over 25 years. Currently, he is the Chairman of Mdlalose Holdings, a black owned investment company with investments in telecommunications, petroleum, printing, communications, and people development.

Simphiwe has written and published 9 inspirational books. He also runs modular based sessions on Personal Branding, Inspirational Leadership and Media Training. He is a seasoned Speaker, MC, Facilitator and Life Coach. Simphiwe has served on boards of various companies over the years which has given him leadership insights that he uses in many of his engagement. Recognised as the Entrepreneur of the Year Award at the BBQ Awards, he is indeed an all-rounder when it comes to dealing with leadership and management issues.
